Omcore Consulting is a recertification provider for SHRM, and all our programs qualify for recertification credits towards your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.

Our training programs are categorized by level to signify the level of HR knowledge and experience needed to successfully benefit from the training. The four program levels are:

Courses that require little to no HR experience. They are designed for professionals who are getting started in HR or for line managers with HR-related responsibilities.

Courses recommended for professionals with HR experience in order to fully benefit from the learning modules and have the ability to implement on the job.

Courses recommended for professionals with managerial HR experience. The courses under this category cover topics that require a solid HR background and managerial authority to initiate and implement.

Courses recommended for executive and c-suite level HR professionals. The courses under this category cover topics that have a strategic impact on a company’s operations.

Competency-based Interviewing

Competency-based interviewing (CBI) is scientifically proven as the most reliable form of candidate interviewing. In this program, we dive into the science behind CBI and show attendees how to develop, conduct, and evaluate a CBI.

Designing Effective Onboarding Programs

Approximately 30% of new joiners leave within the first 90 days of employment. This program focuses on the issues that plague corporate onboarding programs and presents attendees with proven strategies to help transform onboarding into an employee retention and productivity-boosting program.

HR Management for Non-HR Professionals

A program designed for companies that have cascaded some HR activities to supervisors and line managers. This program provides non-HR professionals with an overview of HR management and covers the basic elements of recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, training, employee relations, performance feedback, disciplinary actions, and employee termination.

HR Policies, Processes, and Procedures Design

In this program, we take a deep-dive into the building blocks of HR policies, processes, and procedures. We discuss how to develop robust documentation based on the ISO 9001 standard and practice writing policies, standards, and guidelines. Process design is also a core component of the program and we’ll spend time discussing how it’s done and the pitfalls to avoid during the process. Participants will receive hands-on practice in designing processes and developing procedures.

Measuring Training ROI

Change Management

The Change Management program will give leaders the tools to implement change effectively so that positive outcomes are embraced and achieved.
