HR Policies, Processes, and Procedures Design

Professional
Overview

HR policies, processes, and procedures are the backbone components of a functioning HR department. Dropping the ball in any one of these areas can have severe ramifications on your HR operations and lead to inefficiency, inconsistency, and dissatisfaction with your company’s HR department.

In this course, we take a deep-dive into the building blocks of HR policies, processes, and procedures. We discuss how to develop robust documentation based on the ISO 9001 standard and practice writing policies, standards, and guidelines.

Process design is also a core component of the course and we’ll spend time discussing how it’s done and the pitfalls to avoid during the process. Participants will receive hands-on practice in designing processes and developing procedures.
