Omcore Consulting is a 100% project-based employer. Our company relies on a large network of HR experts to deliver projects in diverse HR disciplines. We offer the freedom of working from any location and mainly rely on experienced HR consultants to deliver value to our clients.

As part of the Omcore, you can expect to be intellectually challenged by a team of experienced HR professionals while having the freedom of a business owner in setting your work preferences. We make your journey with us a fruitful and rewarding one.

Who we Look for

As a specialized HR consulting firm, we are very picky with who joins our team. Our clients come to us expecting excellence and we expect nothing less from our team.

Omcore is structured differently from other consulting companies. Our team works remotely when we aren’t on-site at the client’s premises. Therefore, working at Omcore requires a unique set of skills and characteristics to be successful on the job. Apart from technical knowledge in HR and strong analytical skills, we look for the following:

Work ethic

The ability to work without supervision and constant follow-up is very important to us. We don’t have working hours and consultants are free to work anytime they please when we’re not at a client location. We expect our consultants to get work done and show a drive towards achieving results.

An inquisitive mind

The best consultants on our team are those who keep asking questions to learn more about our practice, our clients, and the problems we solve on our projects. We want you to use your brain power to dig deeper into clients’ problems and come up with insightful solutions that are unique and forward-thinking. You will have a lot of opportunities to learn and fine tune your HR consulting skills, so having the right mindset and interest in our industry is a key for us.

The right attitude

We want to work with people who bring a positive attitude to Omcore. We value people who respect the opinions of others and exhibit humility during team and client interactions. Taking feedback in positive light is also important to us as is it important for your growth at Omcore.

The Omcore Consulting Spirit

We look for people who have what we call the “Omcore Consulting Spirit”. Our company is dedicated to delivering services that are in the best interest of our clients. We don’t try to force solutions or services that we know aren’t optimal for financial gain. One of our competitive advantages is that we treat our clients as partners even if it means smaller financial gains. We expect the same from each member of our team.

Tech Savvy

At Omcore, we use the latest technologies in delivering value to our clients. We are quick to test, assess, and deploy new technologies at a faster pace than any company you might have worked for in the past. We look for people who are comfortable with technology and who can figure their way around software.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Our recruitment process is designed to help us learn more about you and your fit at Omcore. It is also an opportunity for you to engage with Omcore and learn more about our work, our people, and our unique work environment.

You can expect to go through the following recruitment process:

1 . Personal Interview

Our first interview is general in nature and focuses on key behavioral and technical competencies related to the position you applied for. The interview could be conducted in-person or through video conferencing.
