Omcore Consulting was founded by Nahed Khairallah in January 2012 with the purpose of helping companies achieve success through transforming their HR and people operations. Our ability to link HR to business outcomes created trust with our clients and resulted in long-lasting strategic partnerships. Today, Omcore Consulting is a global HR consulting provider working with leading businesses and advising multinational consulting firms in the field of human resources.
We have worked with startups, private companies, and public sector agencies with headcounts reaching 60,000 employees. We are at the forefront of human resources thought leadership and we bring our clients an unparalleled level of specialization in every project we undertake.
Nahed brings more than 15 years of experience in business management, HR consulting, corporate training, and higher education. He built his international experience by serving clients in the US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East across multiple industries.
Nahed’s diverse project experience revolves around six broad areas of human resources: HR strategy, talent management, employer branding, people analytics, employee journey design, and performance management. As a subject matter expert, Nahed has served as an advisor to Big 4 and Tier 1 management consulting firms on many projects and worked with academic institutions and professional HR associations in curriculum development.
In 2016 and 2017, Nahed worked with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) to develop exam questions for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications.
